Sign Fitter

About you
You’re a skilled sign fitter who takes pride in delivering clean, professional installations. You’ve got hands-on experience with vinyl, tray signs, panels and built-up letters, and you understand how important it is to get every detail right. You’re confident working on your own or with others, and you’re comfortable being the main person trusted to handle projects across the South.
You’re reliable, adaptable and safety-conscious, with a solid work ethic and the ability to represent the business professionally on client sites.

Your experience
You’ve worked in sign fitting or a similar trade and you hold a valid CSCS card. IPAF and PASMA qualifications are a strong advantage, showing you’re competent with access equipment and working at height. You’ll stand out if you’ve got experience managing jobs independently, from loading up the van through to final fix on site.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
This role is based around the Watford area, covering installations for clients across the South. You will be preparing, transporting and installing signage and graphics at client sites. You will ensure every job is completed to a high standard, on time and with a professional finish. You will liaise with the production team at head office in the North to coordinate schedules, materials and equipment. You will be the key point of contact on site, representing the company with professionalism and care.

With a growing number of projects in the South, they are now looking for a dedicated fitter based in the Watford area to take ownership of southern installations.
