SIGN & GRAPHICS FITTER

-30K - 35K + Overtime (OTE -50K) + Van

My client is a leading Sign & Graphics Company based in Surrey and they are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic and Signage Fitter to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and high-quality installation of a wide range of graphic and signage products, both indoors and outdoors. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of surfaces for graphic and signage application.
• Application of vinyl graphics, digital prints, and other signage materials to various substrates (vehicles, walls, windows, hoardings, etc.).
• Installation of dimensional lettering, illuminated signs, and other bespoke signage solutions.
• Operating a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring installations meet company quality standards and client specifications.
• Conducting site surveys and measurements as required.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic and signage fitting/installation.
• Strong practical skills and a good understanding of various application techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions (where applicable).
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Self-motivated.
