Side Loader Driver Location: Oldham Salary: 16ph Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time 8am-4.30pm About the Company Our client is a well-established fabrication and engineering company specialising in the manufacture of fabrications for a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Side Loader Driver to join their busy warehouse and production team. The Role As a Side Loader Driver, you will be responsible for the safe movement of long lengths of steel, aluminium and engineering materials throughout the workshop and yard. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are supplied efficiently to production while maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Key Responsibilities Operating a Side Loader Forklift safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading deliveries of steel, aluminium and other engineering materials. Moving long and heavy loads around the workshop and yard. Supplying materials to fabrication, welding and production departments. Booking goods in and checking deliveries against paperwork. Stock control and material handling. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties as required. Adhering to all health and safety procedures. The Ideal Candidate Holds a valid Side Loader Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent preferred).
