SIAM Availability Analyst - Manchester£40-42,000 + BenefitsSIAM Availability Analyst you will be accountable for the monitoring, governance, analysis, and continual improvement of service availability across a multi-supplier environment.Your roleOwn the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring services meet agreed availability and resilience requirements.Monitor, analyse, and report on service availability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Drive proactive initiatives to reduce service downtime and improve service resilience.Work with suppliers to investigate availability issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.Manage availability governance, reviews, risk management activities, and service performance discussions.ExperienceExperience in Availability Management, Service Management, or Service Performance within complex IT environments.Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service delivery models.Ability to analyse service availability data and drive continual improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity, and Availability Management.Experience managing service risks, resilience requirements, and critical service dependencies. ..... full job details .....
