SIA Door Supervisor - Hotel Exeter

About the Role:

We are currently seeking professional and reliable-SIA Licensed Door Supervisors-to join our team at a hotel in-Exeter.-This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new site and play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring CCTV and patrolling the premises to ensure safety and security
• Controlling access to the hotel and managing visitor logs
• Responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff
• Completing detailed and accurate incident reports
• Working closely with hotel management and emergency services if required

Requirements:

• Valid-SIA Door Supervisor License-(Essential)
• Proven experience in security, ideally in hospitality or similar environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Punctual, reliable, and presentable

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on, 4 off
• 12-hour shifts (days, nights, or rotating depending on site requirements)
