This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a background in shunting, transport or yard operations, combining daily shunter driving duties with leading the on-site team to ensure trailers and vehicles are managed safely and efficiently. As a Shunter Team Leader , you will oversee daily yard movements, coordinate the shunter team and work closely with warehouse, production and transport teams to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
