SHS Family Support Practitioner (School-based) Location: Delta Valley Academy, Cliffe Terrace, Bradford, BD8 7DX Hours: 35 hours per week - 5 days per week. Monday - Friday term time only, plus inset days, plus 4 weeks (20 working days) to be completed over the school holidays. Salary: £24,271 - £27,020 per annum (This role is term-time only; the salary is in line with working weeks) Closing date: Tuesday 5th May 2026 Interview dates: 1st Stage interview: (online interview) Monday 11th May 2nd Stage interview: (in person at the setting) Week commencing Monday 18th May to Friday 22nd May. As the Family Support Practitioner, you will be based at the setting and work in close partnership with school staff to deliver a programme of casework to promote and improve educational outcomes for the children and their families we support. You will also focus your support to help improve attendance, punctuality and engagement in learning. You will have excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with a wide group of people.
