SHS Family Support Practitioner (School-Based) Location: Trinity Academy -Future Academies - 56 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1QS Hours: 5 days per week, Term Time Only + inset days Salary: £25,003- £27,525 per annum (This role is term-time only; the salary is in line with working weeks) Closing date: 14/05/26 Interview dates: 1st Stage interview: (online interview) 20/05/26 2nd Stage interview: (in person at the setting) 03/06/26 This is a permanent role Our mission at School-Home Support is simple. We are looking for a Family Support Practitioner to join our team and to make a difference in children s lives every single day. As the Family Support Practitioner, you will be based at the setting and work in close partnership with school staff to deliver a programme of casework to promote and improve educational outcomes for the children and their families we support. You will also focus your support to help improve attendance, punctuality and engagement in learning. You will have excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with a wide group of people.
