Showroom Sales Designer Location: North Staffordshire Salary: Circa £35,000 + 25% OTE Employment Type: Full-time About the Role; My client is looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Designer to join their successful merchant showroom operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional who combines strong customer service and sales skills with technical design expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customers throughout the full showroom sales journey from initial consultation and site/home measurement through to design, CAD presentation and order completion. You will ideally come from a merchant showroom, kitchen, bathroom, interiors or similar sales environment, with a proven ability to convert customer requirements into commercially successful designs. Key Responsibilities; - Welcome and engage with customers in the showroom, establishing their requirements and budget. - Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of service throughout the sales process. - Conduct accurate home and site measures, ensuring all relevant dimensions and project requirements are captured. - Produce professional designs using CAD software, presenting solutions clearly and effectively to customers. - Prepare quotations and manage projects through to order, ensuring accuracy and commercial viability. - Work proactively to maximise sales opportunities and achieve showroom sales targets. - Maintain agreed ..... full job details .....
