Showroom Sales Advisor

We''re looking to expand our showroom team with another sales advisor!This is an exciting role, with a few different responsibilities. Advising customers in store, liaising on the phone with customers booked in for installations, and booking in customers on the day of their appointments.Our showroom offers a massive range of products from car audio and security solutions, to performance and styling parts like wheels, carbon fibre, and exhausts. Full product training can be provided, but basic knowledge and some form of previous industry experience is essential.ROLE WILL INVOLVE:Assisting customers in store to provide pre and post sales support.Booking customers in to our workshop for bespoke installations. Liaising with booked in customers for any changes to appointments.Be the face of our business and the first point of contact for new customers.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Previous retail or automotive industry experience essential.Good written and verbal communication skills.Passion for providing excellent customer service.Passion for cars is ideal but not required.OTHER DETAILS:5 day week / Store hours: 9am-6:00pm Monday-SaturdayBased in Hayes, West London, UB3 3NFOn-site free car parkingCompetitive salary depending on ..... full job details .....
