We are looking for a commercial, ambitious and highly credible retail leader who knows how to build a business, develop people and create genuine, long-term client relationships.The successful Showroom Director will lead through a team of managers and high-performing sales professionals, creating a culture where people are accountable, ambitious and continually developing.You could come from luxury, premium or another high-end retail environment. The industry background matters less than your commercial capability, leadership experience and, importantly, your understanding of what exceptional luxury retail and service actually looks like.The OpportunityAs Showroom Director, you will take ownership of a significant and complex retail operation, leading senior managers and high-performing teams while driving performance across sales, client experience and operations.This is a hands-on leadership role.
