Show Production Manager (VP Experience a must )(DNEG VFX)

Description

The Show Production Manager role at DNEG offers a unique opportunity to manage VFX feature projects across multiple sites. You will work closely with the Producer and Supervisors to develop effective project plans, resolve creative and technical challenges, and oversee daily operations.You will manage the production team to ensure responsibilities are met and facilitate smooth project execution. Collaboration with Line Producers/Coordinators is essential to define milestones for asset, shot, temp, and final deliveries, and to produce detailed shot schedules to track weekly progress. Excellent communication skills are required to coordinate with the Company Scheduler, Heads of Departments, and Department Managers to manage crew needs and optimize visual effects workflows.Must Have

Proven VFX Feature Film industry experienceProven track record of delivering sequences at SPM or equivalent levelExcellent knowledge of VFX to make critical decisions on crew allocations and resourcing, especially near deliveryProven project management experienceKnowledge of Excel and MS Project (or similar)Experience in database work (Shotgrid or similar)Experience managing a production team and artistsExperience working with and managing clientsProficient in scheduling and target managementExperience working with Unreal/Virtual ProductionNice to Have
