This is a hands-on position working with metal components, preparing surfaces to the required standard and supporting the wider production team. The role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with previous shot blasting or relevant industrial experience. Key Responsibilities: Operating shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces Preparing and finishing components to the required specification Working with materials and components up to 5 metres in length Inspecting finished work to ensure quality and consistency Identifying and reporting any issues with components Supporting the wider production team with additional duties when required Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Following all company health and safety procedures Requirements: Previous experience in shot blasting or a similar industrial environment Experience working with large metal components would be beneficial Good attentio...
