Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the primary curriculum Support pupils with varying social, emotional, and behavioural needs Create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and external professionals Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingWe are looking for a teacher who is: A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS preferred) Experienced in primary education (KS1 or KS2) Confident working with pupils with additional needs or SEMH (desirable) Patient, empathetic, and resilient Able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learners Committed to making a positive impact in an alternative ..... full job details .....
