Shops Team Member

Description No two days are the same here. We are looking for energetic and reliable Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This isn''t your average shop job-you will be multi-trained to work across all our unique satellite venues, including The Butlins Store, Toybox, and The Hire Shop. This is an active, on-the-go role where you''ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift. You''ll be the face of our stores, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.Whether you''re helping a guest find a specific product, unloading pallets, or ensuring our shelves are perfectly stocked, you''ll be part of a team that truly gets stuck in. While previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, it''s not essential as full training is provided. This is a full-time role of 30 hours per week, working to a rota across 5 out of 7 days, with shifts ranging anywhere from 7am to Midnight, so flexibility is essential. Key Responsibilities Customer Excellence: Delivering a friendly, fast-paced guest experience and maintaining a "smile under pressure" across all our retail venues. Multi-Venue Support: Moving dynamically between shops to help where you''re needed most, from giftware and toys to equipment hire. Till Operation: Working hands-on with our checkouts to provide efficient service and accurate cash handling.
