You''ll be at the heart of how our customers experience TK Maxx and HomeSense - from signage and messaging to digital touchpoints - ensuring everything we do is on-brand, commercially effective, and customer-first.You''ll manage cross-functional projects, working closely with Store Design, Marketing, Ecommerce, and external agencies to deliver creative solutions that support trading initiatives.
