This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional with a passion for community impact to play a key role in maximising sales, inspiring and managing a dedicated team of staff and volunteers and delivering an outstanding customer experience. As Shop Manager, you will help drive the success of the store while ensuring it remains a welcoming, vibrant, and engaging environment that supports and promotes the Hospice''s mission within the local community.
