You''ll be working across multiple departments, gaining experience in different production processes while helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers.This is a varied and active role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (full training provided where required).Work across different production and manufacturing areas as business needs dictate.Assemble, pack, inspect, and prepare products to quality standards.Carry out quality checks and report any issues promptly.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies.Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.Assist with general shop floor duties as required.
