Shop-fitting Contracts Manager

One of my long standing shop-fit clients has recently secured a number of key accounts within the food retail sector covering projects across the UK. Due to the nature of these accounts, they have decided to take on an experienced Contracts Manager to effectively; Contracts Manager to run the account first of all meeting the client Contracts Manager taking a project specification brief Liaising with the estimator and design team back at their office After securing the work then project manage the fit out stage and new build works for each project Contracts Manager to coordinate for materials on site Contracts Manager placing sub-contractors orders Contracts Manager collating relevant Health and Safety files Contracts Manager costing minor projects to a clients specification Basically working within the budget given on each individual project Project managing a number of projects run simultaneously With an excellent reputation for stability, growth and staff retention, my client is looking for a key individual who wants to make a name within this fast-track arena. In return; You will receive a competitive salary package including generous car allowance, pension and discretionary bonus scheme. A "staying away" subsistence allowance will also be included.
