Shoe Operative (Closing room)Location: Northampton, NN2Salary: 14.50 per hourWorking hours: 39 hours per week (Monday - Friday)Contract Type: Maternity cover About the Role We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual to join our clients Closing Room Team. Responsibilities: Skilled in all aspects of stitching and fitting shoe uppers using a sewing machine. Meet quality and production targets, working independently and as part of a team. Prioritise tasks to support production needs and adapt to changes (e.g., urgent orders, machine or material issues). Communicate production or quality concerns to Team Leader/Supervisor. Ensure machinery is well maintained and report any issues promptly.
