Responsibilities: - Skilled in all aspects of stitching and fitting shoe uppers using a sewing machine. - Meet quality and production targets, working independently and as part of a team. - Prioritise tasks to support production needs and adapt to changes (e.g., urgent orders, machine or material issues). - Communicate production or quality concerns to Team Leader/Supervisor. - Ensure machinery is well maintained and report any issues promptly.
