Main Responsibilities: Build effective working relationships with Clients, ensuring that they always receive the highest quality of service delivery and support. Action operational requests from Vessels/Vessel Owners/Vessel Charterer. Sourcing/Procurement of equipment and supplies. Inputting, retrieving and reporting of data using computerised systems, ensuring accuracy and appropriate presentation style. Maintain up to date knowledge of Risk Assessments/Method Statements and undertake review of same ensuring compliance with legislation/company rules. Work closely with companies Safety Advisors during any incident investigation or safety initiative to effect timeous and positive results. Driving duties which may include the company minibuses or flatbed trucks, to safely transport ships personnel/belongings and equipment.
