About the Role
As a Shipping Logistics Coordinator, heavy , based in Barrow-in-Furness, you will join the logistics and supply chain team to manage delivery documentation and coordinate goods flow. This permanent role, offering a salary between £38,000 and £55,000 per annum, requires strong SAP knowledge within logistics modules like MM or SD. Your responsibilities include creating commercial invoices, delivery notes, and related paperwork, while liaising with internal departments. You should possess fluency in Microsoft Office 365, experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, and an understanding of import/export trade rules, including Incoterms. Administrative support experience is essential for ensuring smooth material movement.

Requirements
Logistics, supply chain, or administrative support experience.
SAP knowledge in logistics modules such as MM or SD.
Shipping documentation using delivery notes, commercial invoices, and related.
Fluency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Understanding of import and export trade rules processes and Incoterms or International Commercial Terms.
Responsibilities
Create and administer delivery documentation, including delivery notes, commercial invoices, and shipping paperwork.
Operate and refresh data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with logistics and supply chain processes.
Work with Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and Project Management teams to support operational requirements and resolve issues.
Track shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs for all logistics activities.
Prepare and analyse data using Excel
Follow up with customers and freight forwarders.
