across the full spectrum of shipping and maritime law, including:Charterparty, bill of lading and COA disputesShipbuilding, repair and offshore construction disputesMarine casualties, collisions, salvage, and limitation of liabilityPandI, HandM and war risks insurance claimsAdvising shipowners, charterers, insurers, brokers, financiers, and energy companies on some of the most significant disputes in the market.Working on both

English High Court litigation and international arbitration

(LMAA, LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL).Involvement in

urgent crisis response

matters (e.g. collisions, groundings, salvage operations), providing strategic advice under pressure.Opportunities to handle cross-border disputes, often with parallel proceedings in multiple jurisdictions.?
