Shipping Coordinator

Our client is looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join their busy Supply Chain team in Wakefield. This is a varied role where you''ll support international shipments, coordinate deliveries, liaise with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders, and help ensure products reach customers on time. What you''ll be doing: Coordinating import shipments from overseas suppliers and factories Managing shipping documentation and shipment records Liaising with freight forwarders and internal departments Processing invoices, payments, and customer dispatches Booking deliveries and updating internal systems Supporting stock control and year-end stock takes What we''re looking for: Strong Excel skills Good working knowledge of Word and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you''ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently through the supply chain. ..... full job details .....
