Duties:- Data input from daily sheets Liaising with customers via email and phone Arranging worldwide air, sea and roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports) Arranging courier shipments from UK and from Northern Ireland Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse Completing jobs ready for despatch Booking transport for third party deliveries Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA and ETD of vessels.
