Working closely with production, warehousing, customer service and freight partners, you''ll help ensure shipments are delivered accurately and on time while supporting the wider supply chain operation.Key Responsibilities Coordinate outbound shipments alongside the warehouse team. Arrange domestic and international shipments via road, sea and air freight forwarders. Prepare all shipping documentation, including quality certificates. Support daily and weekly production plans to meet customer delivery requirements. Monitor stock levels and production run rates to assist with inbound shipment planning. Coordinate stock transfers between manufacturing sites and external warehouse facilities. Liaise with the central Customer Service team to support the Materials Planning and Logistics (MPandL) function. Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
