This role is key to managing daily logistics activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting wider warehouse and inventory operations within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Update and monitor departmental KPIs on a daily basis. Process VL10B orders and manage air and sea shipments using VL06P. Allocate ad hoc requisitions and process REMs and back orders. Manage departmental inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses. Maintain material master data within SAP (MM02). Ensure CMAT is cleared within agreed timelines (48 hours). Coordinate global exports, including transport arrangements and accurate documentation.
