Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator - ContractLocation: HatfieldWe are recruiting an experienced Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator for an international technology business.This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the accurate receipt, storage, inventory control and despatch of technical equipment.ResponsibilitiesReceive and check incoming goods against purchase ordersBook stock accurately into the WMS/ERP systemMaintain inventory quantities, locations and traceabilityPrepare goods, documentation and labels for despatchArrange collections and track shipments through to deliveryLiaise with internal managers, suppliers and logistics providersExperience requiredPrevious warehouse, stores, shipping or logistics experienceGood WMS, ERP and inventory-control knowledgeStrong attention to detail and accurate administrationConfident working independently and dealing with senior stakeholdersMicrosoft Office and Excel experienceExperience within technical manufacturing would be advantageous. Export-control knowledge and a counterbalance forklift licence would also be beneficial.Applicants must hold UK citizenship and ideally have their own transport due to the site location. ..... full job details .....
