This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced shipping or logistics professional to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.Please note: this is a fully office-based position in Luton, with no working from home option.The RoleAs Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customer shipments, working closely with customers, freight forwarders, Planning, Operations and internal support teams to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate customer shipments, including EXW collections.Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipping arrangements.Liaise with freight forwarders and obtain competitive freight quotations.Work closely with Planning and Operations to ensure customer orders are shipped on time.Prepare shipping and export documentation, including:Certificates of OriginATRsCommercial invoicesCertificates of ConformanceTest certificatesSupport import/export and customs documentation, including SAD documentation.Process customer shipments through relevant shipping portals.Liaise with the Credit team ..... full job details .....
