Already employing over 100 heads they continue to grow in Scotland, USA and Asia. Due to an increase in their workload they now need to make the key hire of a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. The Shipping Coordinator joins a very busy, fast paced and vibrant materials and supply chain team. This role is central to the daily operations of the business, supporting and ensuring the delivery of all necessary production materials and shipment of finished goods and products to clients globally. It is a high-volume role with circa 10-15 deliveries per day and the same in customer shipment. Key responsibilities include: Accurately recording inputs and outputs on ERP/CRM EPICOR system Liaising with couriers and managing shipping broker regarding shipment and deliveries status. Continually update the ERP/CRM system with the delivery status and when goods are received. Verifying and meeting established deadlines through management, product fulfilment, shipping, and transportation cycle.
