This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on their operations.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:As part of the Finance and Administration team, the General/Shipping Administrator will provide a generalist administrative support for the Purchasing department, Export and Import, the Service department as well as the Accounts. Support with handling Export administration, ensuring all procedures comply with regulations.Support with Purchasing Administration tasks, including processing orders and maintaining records.Support with Purchase Ledger Accounts, including invoice processing and reconciliation.Progress Chasing for Purchasing departmentGeneral Office Tasks - Answering the phones, filing, laser manual printingSupport with Sales Ledger Accounts - order processing, credit controlSupport with Service department administration, service Import/ExportSkills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive, ''can do'' attitude is ..... full job details .....
