As a Shift Technician, you''ll play a key role in keeping essential treatment processes running safely and efficiently around the clock, helping protect the environment and deliver for our customers. What you''ll be doing as a Shift Technician?You''ll be responsible for supporting the safe and effective operation of sludge and pasteurisation treatment assets across the site. Operating treatment processes in line with environmental permits and site operating standards Monitoring asset performance and making adjustments to optimise efficiency and compliance Working closely with Process Controllers and the wider operations team to support site performance Escalating operational, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly to ensure full visibility Carrying out safety observations and actively promoting a strong health and safety culture Contributing to daily operational meetings and site updates Supporting improvement initiatives and compliance activities across the site Assisting with the delivery of capital projects within your operational area Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety at all times Base Location: Mogden STW (TW7 7LW)Working Pattern: 12-hour shifts, days and nights on a rotating 6 weekly Panama shift pattern.Necessary Requirements for the role: Ability ..... full job details .....
