This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys problem-solving, working with machinery, and contributing to a high-performing production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, acting as the technical expert for equipment operations while supporting both Production and Engineering teams. Flexibility with working hours may be required to support business needs. Key Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact for equipment-related issues, ensuring timely escalation when required • Support the delivery of the production plan by maximising equipment performance and uptime • Carry out line start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers safely and efficiently • Coordinate production line set-up, including hygiene preparation • Ensure availability of spare parts and line-side consumables to minimise downtime • Complete planned maintenance activities in line with schedules • Monitor equipment ...
