Job Title: Shift Technician (Electrical Bias) Location: Lime street, London Salary: 49,000 Shifts: Continental Shifts Overview We are currently recruiting for a Shift Technician (Electrical Bias) to join our on-site engineering team working on seven floors of premium commercial office space. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team following recent internal promotions and growth. The Role You will be part of a team of 8 engineers, delivering planned and reactive maintenance within a modern, multi-tenanted commercial building. The role is electrically biased but requires a good all-round understanding of general building services maintenance. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks Support the day-to-day operation of building services systems Perform basic fault finding and repairs (electrical bias) Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety standards Liaise with colleagues, tenants, and management to ensure service delivery Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Building and Contract Details 7 floors of commercial office space Multi-tenanted building Landlord responsible for all major plant and specialist systems Contract mobilised in November Working Pattern Continental shift pattern Candidate Requirements Electrically qualified (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) Experience within commercial building maintenance Strong understanding of PPM and ..... full job details .....
