They are looking for an experienced Shift Team Leader to take responsibility for the safe, efficient and environmentally compliant operation of the plant and site, while supervising staff and contractors during their shift. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong technical awareness, leadership skills and a proactive approach to Health and Safety, environmental compliance, plant performance and maintenance.
