This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining production levels and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and performance throughout the shift. Hours: Monday to Friday 2:00pm 10:00pm Pay Rate £15-£18 per hour Key Responsibilities Allocate workloads and ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor productivity, quality, downtime and waste. Provide leadership, coaching and support to team members. Assist with training and development of employees. Ensure company health and safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed. Monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation. Carry out basic fault finding and escalate technical issues when required.
