If you''re a Shift Team Leader and are looking to work for a leading organisation who invests in training and professional development of their employees, then upload your CV to apply today Responsibilities and dutiesReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:The day-to-day leadership of a team of Shift Operators / Shift Technicians who will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation the plant including high-pressure steam boilers, turbines, auxiliary plant, etc.Ensuring the plant is operating within its parameters whilst complying with strict HSE rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.Maximising waste input and energy productionChairing daily meetings after a shift handover to review health, safety and environmental issues, overnight activities and plans for the shift ahead.Fulfilling the duty of HV Senior Authorised Person for the purpose of issuing permits, switching, and carrying out mechanical and electrical isolations.Working with the maintenance department when required to ensure maximum plant availability.Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the ..... full job details .....
