What will you be doing as a Shift Support Engineer?-

• Reset equipment errors caused by product, equipment, or operator issues.-
• Support maintenance activities on automated equipment and systems.-
• Follow escalation procedures and provide technical support when required.-
• Support project and continuous improvement activities.-
• Maintain site tools and equipment and report any loss or damage.-
• Carry out cleaning and hygiene tasks as required.-
• Provide clear communication to site teams, management, and support functions.-

What are we looking for?-

• Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance experience.-
• Understanding of automation and control systems.-
• Engineering qualification such as NVQ, BTEC or City & Guilds.-
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.-
• Ability to work a shift pattern and participate in standby cover.-
