Trek Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing business in Wrexham for an experienced Production Supervisor.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering a highly attractive shift pattern with every weekend off and, on some rotations, up to 5 consecutive days off.
You''ll be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
 
ROLE
As Production Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily production targets
• Monitor production performance and resolve issues in real time
• Manage product changeovers, including size, colour and weight changes
• Ensure all production paperwork and reports are completed accurately
• Track production data and generate performance reports
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping
• Support continuous improvement activities across the production area
• Manage shift staffing and approve annual leave requests
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and health & safety requirements

YOU
We''re looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years'' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• The ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality

THE OFFER
