Shift Supervisor

Location: Oldham Salary: 15.03 per hour ( 31,262.40 per annum) Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:45pm-10:15pm (40 hours per week) Job Type: Temp to Perm (with the strong possibility of a permanent contract from Day One) Start Date: ASAP We''re looking for the right person. The Role As a Cell Leader / Shift Supervisor, you''ll take responsibility for overseeing a section of the production floor, managing both workflow and production staff during the afternoon shift. Working alongside another Cell Leader, you''ll ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Whilst you''ll develop an understanding of the machinery, you won''t be expected to carry out repairs. Dedicated Machine Setters and Engineers are on hand to deal with technical issues, allowing you to focus on leading your team and driving production performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes and ensuring production runs smoothly.
