Are you an experienced Shift Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a fast-paced manufacturing business, is looking for a skilled and proactive Shift Supervisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new machine and process, with full OEM support during the initial stages while the equipment is established and developed. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with an engineering mindset, excellent people skills and a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Shift Supervisor Permanent Days initially, moving onto shifts in the new year Minworth Shift Supervisor Job Description Manage the Cell Spacer assembly process and shift team to achieve agreed production, quality and delivery targets. Manage Health and Safety within the department, identifying and implementing agreed improvements. Coach and mentor the shift team, supporting morale, motivation and engagement. Develop a strong understanding of the new equipment, process inputs and outputs, and machine parameters. Manage production and processing tool changes safely and effectively within the required timeframe. Support fault-finding, corrective actions and customer quality issues, including 8D investigations.
