The role will suit a supervisor who is very much hands on and is able to motivate diverse teams to deliver consistent operational and performance excellence. Key Responsibilities: Full accountability for site operations on the shift in a high-speed production / distribution environment. Lead and develop a team of operators to ensure that shift objectives are hit and that operational and continuous improvement initiatives are delivered on. Monitor stock flow and inventory accuracy across the shift. Work closely with customers and suppliers. Maintain performance tracking to ensure that the shift is delivering the required numbers in terms of production efficiencies.
