The role will suit a supervisor who is very much hands on and is able to motivate diverse teams to deliver consistent operational and performance excellence.- Key Responsibilities: Full accountability for site operations on the shift in a high-speed production / distribution environment. Lead and develop a team of operators to ensure that shift objectives are hit and that operational and continuous improvement initiatives are delivered on.- Monitor stock flow and inventory accuracy across the shift.- Work closely with customers and suppliers.- Maintain performance tracking to ensure that the shift is delivering the required numbers in terms of production efficiencies.- Coordinate personnel to ensure that the shift is able to work at capacity at all times.
