This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading the shift while also carrying out aircraft certification duties within the scope of your licence and company approvals. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and allocate maintenance activity across the shift. Carry out aircraft certification duties within the scope of your licence and authorisations. Monitor maintenance progress, productivity and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to Licensed Engineers and maintenance personnel. Ensure maintenance records and documentation are completed accurately. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory, company and Health & Safety requirements.
