Competitive salary-
Due to organic growth, our client is introducing a Shift Supervisor role on the late shift. The right candidate will be motivated and flexible.-
Day to day duties would include, but not limited to:
- Compiling staff rotas.
- Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary
- Planning workloads.
- Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news
- Maintaining safety standards
- Training staff and ensuring training is up to date
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
- Conducting performance reviews
- Customer liaison
- Overseeing business audits
