Optimise station performance and correct abnormal conditions before escalation. Coordinate operator activities across the station and wellsites during each shift. Liaise directly with oil export customers regarding expected rates and quality. Manage day-ahead communication with the electrical power supply provider. Supervise the Permit to Work system in the Shift Superintendent''s absence. Delegate and track first-line maintenance on gas and utility equipment. Produce detailed shift handovers, both written and verbal, to ensure continuity. Deputise as Incident Controller for abnormal or emergency situations. Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting through the site''s reporting systems. Requirements 5-10 years'' experience supervising, operating, or maintaining an oil and/or gas production facility.
