The business produces main-burner SRF, helping suppliers and customers reduce environmental impact by decarbonising waste and reducing landfill-diverting carbon-rich waste into SRF as a coal replacement fuel. Job DescriptionAs Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of operations during your shift, ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of the site. This includes effective supervision of personnel, maintaining production standards, and ensuring adherence to all safety and compliance protocols. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary shift lead, ensuring the General and Production Managers are kept informed of key operational updates.Take full ownership of shift activities, including workforce supervision, output quality, and production targets.Drive high standards across all processes in line with company procedures, performance metrics, and safety systems.Coach and develop direct reports, building strong leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.Monitor shift performance and identify opportunities to maximise efficiency and ..... full job details .....
