You will lead the team, keep production on track, and follow all safety rules. Main Responsibilities - -Lead the shift and keep the General Manager and Production Manager updated. - -Supervise the team and make sure production targets and quality standards are met. - -Monitor shift performance and look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. - -Communicate clearly with other teams and complete full shift handovers. - -Fill out all paperwork correctly and on time. - -Help solve problems and prevent issues from happening again. - -Help with improvement projects to support company growth. - -Keep the working area clean and tidy. Experience Needed - -Management or supervisory experience. - -Experience working in the waste or recycling industry (preferred). - -Experience working with machinery, plant, or facility equipment.
