You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that products are processed efficiently and on time. Shift Times: Sunday - Thursday, 2pm - 10pm Pay Rate: Starting from: £14.52 Key Responsibilities: Oversee all activities within your assigned area to maintain uninterrupted operational flow. Ensure work is executed in line with agreed plans, priorities and shift objectives. Identify bottlenecks, constraints, or disruptions and take immediate action to maintain flow. Coordinate closely with adjacent areas to ensure end-to-end operational alignment. Ensure agreed productivity rates and performance targets are achieved throughout the shift. Monitor real time performance against KPIs (e.g. rates, output, downtime, adherence).
